3NailZ is a band, but unlike most bands, we are a ministry first. That is why we have created 3NailZ Outreach Ministries. 3Nailz Outreach Ministries was created to take the gospel to all the un-churched and unsaved population of this country, while specifically targeting the youth and young adult population. In addition to leading the lost to Christ, our goal is to also stop and reverse the decaying morals and values of this nation. We recognize that tomorrows leaders are today’s youth, and to change the direction of this country we need to reach tomorrows leaders today, and encourage them to stand strong for Christ. 3Nailz Outreach Ministries will do this through music ministries designed to grab the attention of the secular youth and young adults. Please understand this is not about being a rock band. We use entertainment, in the form of music, as a tool to gain the attention of those we seek to reach, but we use the Gospel, as it is written, to lead them to salvation. We believe, in principle, that this is a biblically based method of spreading the gospel that even Paul himself used. . In 1st Corinthians, Chapter 9, Verses 19-22, Paul writes;
“Though I am free and belong to no man, I make myself a slave to everyone, to win as many as possible. To the Jews I came like a Jew, to win the Jews. To those under the law I became like one under the law (Though I myself am not under the law), so as to win those under the law. To those not having the law, I became like one not having the law (though I am not free from God’s law but am under Christ’s law), so as to win those not having the law. To the weak I became weak, to win the weak. I have become all things to all men so that by all possible means I might save some.”
Music is often referred to as the universal language, it not only bridges language barriers, but also bridges cultures. A music ministry is an excellent way to reach the lost and un-churched youth and young adults of this nation, as many of these people can be reached through music that identifies with their culture. Just as Paul became all things to all men, Music ministries reach people that quite frankly, would not listen to a gospel presentation otherwise. For instance, the music of 3Nailz identifies with the rock culture, they relate to us, and will listen to our message because we speak their “language”. While we are in their world, we are not of their world. We stand out as witnesses for Christ in a very dark world. Since its creation in 2000, 3Nailz, either directly or through involvement in other ministries, has reached thousands of teens and young adults for Christ. We believe it is time to take this ministry to another level, and creating 3Nailz Outreach Ministries is the first step. But we need your help!
While music based ministries have proven to be an effective way to reach the lost, Often there are many people that never have the opportunity to hear the message though these ministries.
We in 3Nailz have noticed these two facts;
(1). There are many organizations that have people that are reachable. Most is more than willing bringing in a music based ministry, to present the gospel; however, few have the ability to cover the travel cost to bring in these ministries.
(2). There are many Christian bands that are willing to donate their time and talent to these organizations, and have a passion to reach the lost, but they too do not have the resources to cover travel costs. Often times just the travel expenses alone can range from $100.00 to over $500.00 per trip, depending on distance traveled.
The 3Nailz Outreach Ministries Missions Fund
The 3Nailz Outreach Ministries’ missions fund is being created to bridge this gap, allowing these ministries to travel to places that have a genuine need of ministry. Here are some examples of the types of places that will be ministered to out of your donations.
Children’s Homes, Women’s Shelters, Orphanages, Prisons, Community Outreach Centers, Non Profit Christian Coffee Houses, Teen Centers, Skate Parks, Church Hosted Community Events, and Church Sponsored Conferences, just to name a few.
We have a Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) page that will answer many questions you might have, however we will mention here that funds raised are strictly for the actual cost directly associated with travel to and from the places that the bands go to minister, and they do not in any way go to the bands or their members.
Your support of the 3Nailz Ministries Outreach Fund is greatly appreciated! Any amount you are lead to donate is helpful. It is a great way to spread Christ’s message of Love, Hope, and Forgiveness to those that may otherwise never hear it.
